How does the Junk-O-Meter estimate work?

Choose the category and options that best match your job in J.W.D.’s existing meter. It gives a rough estimate based on those selections; use the meter and its notes for the current details. The displayed estimate is before HST.

What kinds of jobs can I estimate online?

The current meter includes General Junk, Renovation Material and Shed Removal categories. Open the meter to see its available choices, photos, rates and category-specific notes.

Which hazardous or restricted items can’t J.W.D. accept?

For safety and disposal reasons, J.W.D. cannot accept chemicals, tires, propane tanks, paint, fluorescent light bulbs and tubes, or pianos. Piano removal is restricted because of the weight and handling hazards. If you’re unsure about an item, ask before booking.

Does renovation debris need to go in a bin?

The Renovation Material section of the current meter describes removal, loading and disposal, with no bin required. Review that category’s current notes and estimate details for your project.

What should I do if I am unsure which category to choose?

Check the categories and notes in the existing meter. If the job does not clearly fit, text photos and your city to J.W.D. and ask which pricing path is appropriate.

Rubbish Removal in Ajax

J.W.D. provides rubbish removal in Ajax for unwanted household rubbish and clutter from clearing projects. Send photos of the full job, your service city and the access details so James can review what needs removing before an appointment.

A photo quote helps establish the removal scope and price. Include the item or material condition and anything that affects lifting or loading. The service and price are agreed before the appointment.

Identify the rubbish to remove

Send photos showing the full amount and describe the material types. Tell James where the rubbish is stored and whether stairs or restricted access are involved.

Keep items to retain separate and mention heavy or sharp material. Hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, tires, rock and soil are not accepted.

Rubbish removal without loading a bin

J.W.D. handles the lifting, loading and disposal included in the agreed job. The quote reflects the materials and access, rather than volume alone.

J.W.D. does not offer free on-site estimates. Start with photos and your service city; if you cannot send photos, call to explain the job. Use the booking flow and FAQ above for the next step.
