The owners themselves arrived and proved to be pleasant, down-to-earth people who care about their family-run business and their customers. They were experienced movers who were able to come up with creative ways of removing heavy, awkward pieces of furniture from an old, narrow house. They went out of their way to come at a time that was convenient for us. Way better than that 1-800 company. We would use JWD in an instant for our next removal needs.
